Carling Cup showdown

Carling Cup Final at Wembley Stadium tomorrow. Kick-off time 1500GMT (11pm Malaysia time). Live coverage on Astro SuperSport (811).

Red-hot favourites Manchester will face holders Tottenham is what promises to be an intriguing Carling cup final.

What are my cup final predictions?
For me, with players like Vidic, Ferdinand and Evans you have 3 outstanding centre-halves. And United also have a world-class keeper Van Der Sar. With this combination has helped United becomes a very difficult team to score against this season.

United feature in Carling Cup final for 6 time and they won 2 of the final on 1992 and 2006. They become runner-up on 1983, 1991, 1994 and 2003.

It'll be interesting to see how Sir Alex goes about picking the team to play Spurs. With young midfielder Darron Gibson and striker Danny Welbeck as starting XI. Sir Alex want to win the cup so there will be experience on the pitch and big hitter on the bench.

Holders Spurs have got worries elsewhere they're still in the precarious position in the league. Survival is the be all and end all for them so if they had the choice of winning on Sunday or staying in the Premier League, I know which one their fan would choose.

Harry Redknapp has a tough task ahead of him. He got a limited squad he can pick from because a few of the big names are cup-tied. Among them are Robbie Keane, Wilson Palacios, Pascal Chimbonda and Carlo Cudicini. Fraizer Campbell cannot play because he's on load from United. That just leave Darren Bent and Roman Pavlyuchenko to try break down the United defence. Harry may chooses to play 4-5-1 and leave Bent on the bench with Pavlyuchenko as main target man.

United will be outstanding favourites. They've got a great squad and have an superb season so far.

Khalil Fong - Love Song

wo xie le zhe shou gē shi yi shou jian dan gē
bu fu za ye bu nan chang di na yi zhong gē
zhe bu shi na zhong je shing xia na gang qin di gē
ye bu shi na zhong bu neng zhi shi peng yǒu di gē
zhe bu shi na zhong liǎng gè rén di gǔ shì xiě zài yi běn xiǎo shuō
na xiǎo shuō lǐ yǒu shuí zài hua tian shuō fan di cuò
zhe jiù shi yi shou xie gei ni ting di yi gè

* CHORUS:
Love Song
Love song yi zhi xiang xie yi shou
Love Song
Love song ni gei le wo yi shou
Love song na DJ hui bò fang
zhe ye xǔ hui shang bǎng
bu guò wo zhi chu yi shou

Love Song
Love song yi zhi xiang xie yi shou
Love Song
Love song ni gei le wo yi shou
(Love Song)
chui guò wo di mian kong qing xiang fei
zài wo xin de ni jiu shi wo di dì yi (yeah) xiang shuō ai ni

rú guǒ ni shì yi fú hua ni huì shì zuì zhēn guì di fú hua
rú guǒ na hua jiā shì fàn gāo di hwa
yǒu hé guì rén qián lái yǒu jiǎn huā gè gè xiàng ni qiú jia
fan gao ta shuo ni men dū gāi huí jia

rú guǒ ni shi melody jiù shi zuì dòng ting
suǒ yǒu di rén dū hui gen zháo yi qi chàng

Hillsong - Chruch on Fire

The Holy Spirit is here and His power is real
Anything can happen and it probably will
Something very good something good is going on around here

There's a light that shines to make the dark disappear
A power at work but there's nothing to fear
Something very good something good is going on around here

This is a church on fire
This is the Holy Spirit flame
We have a burning desire
To lift up Jesus' name
Let the fire burn in every heart
To light the way, defeat the dark
Let the flame of love burn higher
This is a church
This is a church on fire

Lincoln Brewster - The Power of Your Name

Verse 1
Surely children weren't made for the streets
And Fathers were not made to leave
Surely this isn't how it should be
Let Your kingdom come

Verse 2
Surely nations were not made for war
Or the broken and due to be ignored
Surely this couldn't be what You saw
Let Your kingdom come
Here in my heart

Chorus
And I will live to carry your compassion
To love a world that's broken
To be your hands and feet
And I will give with the life that I've been given
And go beyond religion to see the world be changed
By the power of Your Name
The power of Your Name

Verse 3
Surely life wasn't made to regret
And the lost were not made to forget
Surely faith without action is dead
Let Your Kingdom come
Lord break this heart

Bridge
Jesus Your Name
Is a shelter for the hurting
Your Name
Is a refuge the weak
Only Your Name
Can take the undeserving
Jesus Your Name
Holds everything I need

Interesting revelation abt growing up

On the first day, God created the dog and said: 'Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years.'

The dog said: 'That's a long time to be barking. How about only ten years and I'll give you back the other ten?'

So God agreed.

On the second day, God created the monkey and said: 'Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I'll give you a twenty-year life span.'

The monkey said: 'Monkey tricks for twenty years? That's a pretty long time to perform. How about I give you back ten like the Dog did?'

And God agreed.

On the third day, God created the cow and said: 'You must go into the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer's family. For this, I will give you a life span of sixty years.'

The cow said: 'That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. How about twenty and I'll give back the other forty?'

And God agreed again.

On the fourth day, God created man and said: 'Eat, sleep, play, marry and enjoy your life. For this, I'll give you twenty years.'

But man said: 'Only twenty yea rs? Could you possibly give me my twenty, the forty the cow gave back, the ten the monkey gave back, and the ten the dog gave back; that makes eighty, OK?'

'OK,' said God, 'You asked for it.'

So that is why for our first twenty years we eat, sleep, play and enjoy ourselves. For the next forty years we slave in the sun to support our family. For the next ten years we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren. And for the last ten years we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone.

Life has now been explained to you.

Lincoln Brewster - God You Reign

You paint the night
you count the stars and call them by name
the skies proclaim
god you reign
your glory shines
you teach the sun when to bring a new day
creation sings god you reign

God you reign
god you reign
forever and ever
god you reign

You part the seas
you move the mountains with the words that you say
my song remains
god you reign
you hold my life
you know my heart and you call me by name
i live to say god you reign

hallelujah, hallelu

Hillsong (Savior King Album)

Hillsong London (Hail To The King Album)

My whole world changed
I'm redeemed by Your life
Let the earth see

You turned my darkness to light

With open arms
Into unending life

Rafael Nadal Australian Open Champion

World No.1 Rafael Nadal has confirmed his place at the pinnacle of men’s tennis following a classic five-set victory over world No. 2 Roger Federer in the Australian Open 2009 final.

It was a battle worthy of a major final, and the world’s top two players put on a memorable performance before the Spaniard triumphed 7-5 3-6 7-6(3) 3-6 6-2 after four hours and 23 minutes on court.

It is the third time in the last four Grand Slam events that Nadal and Federer have played the championship match, and again it was Nadal who emerged superior, winning his first Australian Open title.

Quick facts

For the match, Federer won 174 points to Nadal’s 173

Nadal served at 64 per cent for the match; Federer’s first serve percentage was just 52

Federer had 71 winners and 64 unforced errors, while Nadal had 50 winners and 41 unforced errors

Nadal won 27 points to 16 in the final set, which was the shortest of the match at 34 minutes
